ST. LOUIS, February 12, 2010, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC has announced the following sale transaction:
Mike Wolken, SIOR and Bruce Brophy, CCIM, RPA of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Safety National Casualty Corporation in the sale of the Safety National Office Building located at 2043 Woodland Parkway, Maryland Heights, MO 63146 to Woodland Parkway Associates, LLC, represented by Steve Symsack of Coldwell Banker Commercial and Diane Davis of River City Traders. The 61,811 RSF office building sold for $3,452,000 in December, 2009.
Coldwell Banker Commercial managed and leased the building for CIGNA prior to it being purchased by Safety National Casualty Corporation in 1995. Coldwell Banker Commercial continued providing management and leasing services for Safety National Casualty Corporation. In 2005, Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Safety National Casualty Corporation in the purchase of a 16-acre parcel of land at 1832 Schuetz Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63146 and developed a 138,000 square foot, 5-story office building for their new headquarters which was completed in the fall of 2008.
Coldwell Banker Commercial will continue providing management and leasing services for the building for Woodland Parkway Associates, LLC.
