ST. LOUIS, November 2, 2009 – Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC has added Gerry Prinster as Broker Associate and Brenda Lowder as Broker Associate to the brokerage division.
“We are pleased to welcome Gerry and Brenda to our team,” said Gregory J. Nooney Jr., SIOR, CRE, managing principal. “Formerly with the Delta Group of St. Charles, they bring numerous years of experience in office, retail, industrial, land and investment property sales and leasing.”
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Gerry was the founding member of the Delta Group and has been in the real estate industry for more than 43 years. He is a past President of the St. Charles Board of Realtors. Gerry has been very active in the St. Charles community and has participated in many large transactions.
Brenda was most recently with Delta Group and has been in real estate for over 15 years. She is a CCIM candidate and has completed all five courses. Brenda is currently President elect of the St. Charles Community College Foundation Board, an active member of the St. Charles Rotary Club and the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Economic Development, Transportation and Government Concerns Committees.
