ST. LOUIS, July 20, 2009 – Carl J. Conceller, SIOR and Stephen Gwinnup, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC represented the U.S. Soybean Board and two supporting entities, U.S. Soybean Export Council, Inc. and SmithBucklin in consolidating the firm’s offices into one location in The Atrium Building, 16305 Swingley Ridge Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
The total leased space was 18,110 rentable square feet consisting of 5,596 rentable square feet for the U.S. Soybean Export Board, 7,587 rentable square feet for U.S. Soybean Export Council, Inc., and 4,927 rentable square feet for SmithBucklin Corporation.
United Soybean Board (USB) is composed of volunteer farm-leaders who administer the soybean checkoff activities focused on research and market development.
The U.S. Soybean Export Council, Inc. represents soybean producers, commodity shippers, allied agribusinesses and agricultural organizations that, through it global network and international offices, carry out activities that will create and sustain the demand for soybeans and soybean products.
