ST. LOUIS, June 8, 2009 – Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC announces the following transaction:
Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC completed the sale of the Regions Bank office building located at 12395 Olive Boulevard, Creve Coeur, MO 63141 for $3.1 million. The 29,600 square foot building was constructed in 1980.
The property was acquired by American Eagle Credit Union, a division of the largest Anheuser Busch Employee Credit Union. Anheuser Busch Employee Credit Union is one of the areas and nations fastest growing credit unions with approximately $1.2 billion in assets and more than 100,000 members nationwide. The building will provide future expansion of the branch network in which American Eagle Credit Union is able to serve its members.
Carl J. Conceller, SIOR and Noel Fehr, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC represented the purchaser, American Eagle Credit Union, in the transaction. Jacqueline Quicksilver, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC, represented the seller, Icahn Enterprises Holdings, LP.
