Stephen Symsack Joins CBC

ST. LOUIS, March 12, 2009 – Coldwell Banker Commercial has added Stephen Symsack as Vice President in the Brokerage Division. He will concentrate primarily on downtown St. Louis where he has been active for the past several years.
 
“We are pleased to welcome Steve to our team,” said Gregory J. Nooney Jr., SIOR, CRE, managing principal. “He brings over 35 years of experience in real estate brokerage, suburban commercial development, mixed-use urban redevelopment and golf course community development.” Additionally, he has been active as a consultant to urban projects utilizing federal and state historic credits and has worked on more than 45 transactions utilizing Section 1031 of the I.R.S. Code.
 
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Symsack served as Vice President, Business Development for Pyramid Companies, St. Louis, MO where he also acted as the commercial consultant to the mixed-use projects redeveloped by Pyramid in Downtown St. Louis. As a landlord rep in Downtown St. Louis, Steve has completed transactions with Peoples National Bank, Sprint Communications, San Sai Restaurants, the Mosaic Tapas Grill, Phoenix Creative, Planet Sub, William B. Ittner, Edison Schools and Veritas Advertising.
 
Symsack holds a BSBA in real estate from the University of Denver.
