• ST. LOUIS, November 17, 2008 -- Cold well Banker Commercial CRA LLC would like to welcome Frederick C. Fehr III. Fred has been active in commercial real estate since 2005. He joined CBC in 2008 and has experience in the real estate industry from working for the past 3 years as a Real Estate Investment Consultant for Investors Alliance and Allied Realty Group. He worked with local and out of town investors and developers in acquiring pre-rehab and turnkey properties in St. Louis including multi-family, mixed use and small commercial properties.
